Meet your coach
Michael Bayada
I’m a second-generation skydiver. I started jumping at 16 after working in the kit store and packing parachutes to fund my AFF course. Since then, I’ve logged over 2,000 jumps and spent three and a half years working full-time as a wind tunnel instructor.
Tracking is my biggest passion, and I love coaching it at every level. I also coach freefly and formation skydiving. My approach is simple: build strong basics, make progress you can recognise, and enjoy the process.
Safety sits at the heart of my coaching. For me, developing your flying means building the awareness and judgement to keep yourself—and the people around you safe, so you can keep jumping and learning.
Caelus began as a tunnel competition team, but skydiving has always been at its heart. I was lucky to have a brilliant group of coaches around me early on. I want to offer that same support to the next generation.
